120 battements par minute (original title)
Nathan is a young man who joins an AIDS activist group in 1990s Paris. As he attends the weekly meetings, he learns that some members prefer a more radical approach to their protests.
Set over a couple of years in the early 1990s, 120 BPM follows a dozen or so core members of Parisian Act Up as they plan and execute a range of actions and interventions, from dishing out sex education in schools to apparently turning the Seine blood-red.
