Artificial intelligence is playing an increasing role in our society. With support from UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and MathsWorldUK we are holding a panel discussion to see where AI is already being used, what it is capable of and what it may not be capable of. The speakers will discuss how AI is likely to be beneficial in the future, and the importance of a framework of ethics within which AI must operate.
The speakers will include:
Dr Zoë Webster (Director – AI and Data Economy at UKRI)
Prof Charles Taylor (Head of Statistics (University of Leeds))
Dr Katie Chicot (CEO at MathsWorldUK)
